August 20th, 2009Pet Injury Coverage – Endorsement PAP 008 (07 09):
we will pay up to $500 for an insured’s, or a family member’s, pet (dog or cat) who is injured or killed as a result of a collision while inside a covered vehicle. Payment, up to the $500 limit, will be made for: “a person related to you by blood, marriage or adoption who is a resident of your household. This includes a ward or foster child.”
If Collision Coverage has been purchased for at least one covered auto on the policy,
1. Reasonable and customary costs incurred for veterinary fees arising from the collision
2. Replacement cost, if the dog or cat dies in the accident

This endorsement will be attached to ALL Florida Farm Bureau Insurance Companies’ Personal Auto Policies. It will provide our insureds with resolution services through National ID Recovery, LLC (NIDR) “for any identity theft which is discovered during the policy period.” These resolution services include:
1. Providing a personal advocate
2. Ordering a credit report
3. Alerting credit reporting agencies
4. Providing credit and fraud monitoring
5. Preparing necessary documentation and letters
